I create a different folder for each campaign and save the files in the appropriate folder then when you want to load one its easy to know which is which. I dont know why the game doesnt already do this to be honest thats pretty standard with games that have campaigns like this.

normal was so easy the missions are a joke, and most can be done in 10-15 minutes max...

![]() First research is in Smash&Grab/Evacuation. Also apparently you get 3 Zerg researches for free once the lab is open.

You don't need all of the research. I got an overall time of just over 5 hours in my run, and that was with doing an extra mission of zeratul's for the research and going for additional bonus objectives on a few of the missions throughout (just because I had time, and wanted to have full research for All-In, for the hell of it). Since you are playing on normal, you can quite easily beat the game with very minimal research, but the choice is yours whether or not you want to pick up additional research. You should have plenty of time if you plan accordingly (going off by someone else's time chart will at least give you a ballpark you should aim for).

Protoss missions 2 and 3 are ridiculously fast. Mission 2: get 4 DTs, 3 of em should make it to the crystals, then kill all 3 crystals at the same time. Mission 3: you don't need to build (or kill) any units. Just blink through the map, stunning detectors when necessary.

What? Are you sure that's now it works? I assumed normal meant normal - so if there were two achievements one on hard and one on normal, I would do the map twice and do the achievement on each setting.

I got normal and hard achievements while playing on hard and brutal.

Just googled it to as it was the last achievement I needed. For those who don't feel like wasting 5+ hours for such an stupid 10 point achievement and investing it into something more fun, like the multiplayer. But respect to all those who have the endurance to do all the stuff again.

I read through this forum post in less than 8 hours ;-) I already decided I wasn't going to bother getting this achievement, because it's not really a challenge. I was just curious what was required. Pretty bad that blizzard allows the unlock of achievements via other people's savegames though. There are many more achievements that could potentially be unlocked this way. But hey, who's complaining, I liked the campaign achievements to get some extra goals during the missions, now it's all multiplayer from here ![]()
