Ravens fired their OC Trestman. Turns out if you're facing the worst run defense in the league, your RB is averaging 8.6 ypc, and theres 20-30 mph wind gusts, you probably shouldnt run the ball 11 times and throw 43 times

Yeah that Ravens game had me head scratching throughout. Some of the silliest offensive play calling I've ever seen given conditions.

True, but that offense was based on Joe Flacco throwing hail marys and somehow ending up with a Joe Montana-esque passer rating in the playoffs. It was kind of what Trestman was running.

yeah he was basically automatic from 40 or less. he only missed 12% of the time in college and almost all of them were 50 yarders. we broke him though

So, is this the end of the Panthers already? Cam's working on what is probably his 2nd concussion this year, their secondary blows, their O-line blows, and their coach is one of the more overrated in the league.

Jags took the punter in the 3rd. He's just on the Bucs now

took him a few picks before the Seahawks took Wilson lol. Although chances are Wilson may not have even survived those first few years with the Jags compared to how well he did in Seattle

Yeah they look pretty screwed. Defense is a disaster and was such a huge asset for them last year. Cam is having like the worst NFL MVP defense in 25 years or something

Yeah the Panthers are in a rough spot. Their corners are all green, their o-line sucks, and so far their pass rush has been non-existent. I don't see them contending this year.

In the next few years, it's not going to get much better. Many of their best, core players are getting old or getting paid. Greg Olsen is still good but he's 31, JStew is hitting 30 which is geriatric in RB years, Thomas Davis has to be thinking about retirement. Kawann Short and Star Lotululelelei are due big contracts. This is on top of the holes in o-line, secondary, and edge defender that are plaguing them this year. Gettleman has to be perfect to right this ship.
