Yeah, really poor tackling and no one setting the edge on defense. Kinda feel like the idea of having a third string injured qb on offense left half the team feeling like the game was a giveaway, the other half started playing into the Bills hands and getting into personal stuff.

Brisset got left out to dry by the refs today though, so many cheap shots, Rex must be giving foot rubs out later to his D

so firing Greg Roman turns out to be the best thing Rex Ryan ever did. I mean I was definitely in the camp of "how does this solve the problem of giving up almost 40 points to the Jets?" when it happened but there you go. 2-0 with 9 ppg allowed

I don't know enough about the Bills situation but O just getting a 1st down (or 2) instead of 3 and out means your D gets rest (and coaches get to communicate adjustments). Then you've got better field position and momentum that comes from having more production on the other side of the ball.
I can also imagine that any sort of firing reminds everyone that there's jobs to be done and focus picks up.

Casual fumble into turn-over on 2 consecutive offensive plays by the Chargers to throw the game. I specifically stayed up because I wanted to see how they would manage to throw this time around. It's bordering art - and they've perfected it.

And the last drive was also pretty bad, with the botched snap and all.
