I have two ideas: one is to split muscle groups (monday: chest/shoulders, wednesday: biceps/triceps, friday: legs/back). I was thinking about 2 exercises for each muscle (es. dumbell press and chest press), 4-8 reps x3 cycles. The other idea is a 60 minutes full body workout on each of the 3 days. What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

I was thinking of a 3 days lifting, 2 days cardio approach: monday/wednesday/friday weights, tuesday/thursday cardio, saturday and sunday off. Could you tell me a good approach? Increase the weight as often as you can, and consider joining a gym because your home equipment probably wont be able to keep up with you for long.

I don't think I'm in my dream job right now, but sometimes it pays to just to not do drastic things. #i responded in my thread but basically i need to quit this job coz its a waste of life in my (apparently extremely uncommon) opinion and i need to do something i believe in rather than making money for company shit which i strongly don't believe in. music, art, comedy, helping people. i don't see the point otherwise. as for doing 2 things at once, im at work 45 hrs/week, get home at 8pm, try to practice my guitar a few hours a week and am exhausted, fed up, lonely and miserable the rest of the time. i'm not strong enough to "learn to draw" on top of all that, humans weren't built to be maniacs lol :p imo

Rowing is fun, but torture. From what I understand now, basically about trying to hold a pace trough pain for time lol.
