Anyone have a page with some good cooking recipies (with low carb and low fat)? I eat alot of chicken and turkey of course and it's ok with pepper and salt but not too enjoyable. I need some kind of sauce. Also some high protein recipies without turkey and chicken would be nice. Because at the moment thats pretty much all I eat + sometimes chili with beef (and sometimes salmon). Some variety would be nice (and more healthy I guess). Also is there any other cheese than Harzer cheese with low fat and high protein?

my favorite sauce that i out on everything is these things put into a food processor and blended up:

olive oil
head of garlic
salt
pepper
bit of paprika
dried or fresh thyme and oregano to taste
bundle of cilantro
bundle of basil
jalapenos
lime juice
dash of cider vinegar

put liberally on everything

Thanks for the advice guys!

Btw does anybody have any advice on stretching the piriformis and just the general glute area? I swear a nerve there keeps getting pinched and it's so painful.

The lime and vinegar keeps it from turning brown for a long time in the fridge. If you put it in a jar or put some foil over it in a glass it will keep for a week to ten days.

Work longer and more often. 20 minutes a day. Look up some MWOD stuff.

I have a question about rowing breathing, to the only rower on this thread :D (can't remember your name, sorry)

I usually take 1 breath per stroke, but when I row sprints (500-1000m) this is unsustainable and I start gasping and do some sort of 1 proper breath + 1 short one. What is the correct way of breathing in a rower?

I rowed 1k in 3:31 which is pretty sick progress for me :D

I usually inhale on the way in and exhale as I row or at the end of the pull. I have no idea if this is correct. 3:31 1k is solid. Started doing more rowing to help get in shape for rugby, hit 8x500m at 1:45 pace this morning.

heres the receipe
put some tinned salmon in the microwave then put it on some toast
put some salt and vinegar on top

also buy £10 bags of cashew nuts , they are amaaaazing

i made 3 pullups the other day (sort of) and ran 5k in 28.08 .
let me write that again

I barely even think about how I'm breathing when I'm on the rower. Am I a natural, does it not matter, or could I pull my 2k time down to 6:30 if I were breathing correctly?

Alright, thanks for the recipe.
Got another nutrition based question:
My current body fat is 15%, I want to lower it to atleast 12%. A coach at my gym told me that I shouldn't eat too much pasta (and more brown rice instead).
After some research however I found out that pasta doesn't have such a high Glycemic index. So why exactly is it bad then?
