That was my second thought as well. My first thought was "why would anyone put themselves through a 15 rep set of DL?" | ||

me -> 5km in 32m 0x pullups lol wut i was having a problem with punch bag for quite a while but managed to fix it suddenly. my right hand knuckle was hurting and getting damaged every punch and i couldn't figure out why. i tried turning my hand super fully etc but co8uldn't get a non hurting technique really. anyway a quick google hinted that i was connecting using my 2nd two knuckles and so i focused on connecting with only the 1st two knuckles and no pain so far! good fix. i remember from the past / school that when i punch with my right hand i would always beat the shit out of my 2nd two knuckles so i guess i have a natural orientation problem there that needed to be corrected manually. (like when i punch something awalys i would graze my 2nd two knuckles/fingers) my puncing is so good i love it. goktunk you must put a punch bag in your gym lol (you need quite a heavy one tho. the ones in my current and previous gym are way too light for me and i'm a newb) "im not really a fan of prawn and cocktail but i like skips" | ||

i got a big pack of PhD Diey Whey bars with my shake and altho they taste like 1% chocolate mixed with 99% tasteless tar, i've grown kind of fond of them. they are like 25g protein 14g carb 1g sugar and take a long time to eat (like carrots) whilst being quite filling. so its been surprising how well they fit in with when i fancy eating 2 packets of biscuits instead of 2 bananas and instead have 1 of these. they are actually a pretty awesome snack in that respect i'm thinking of ordering some more but will probably try a different brand to see if its possible for such a thing to taste better edit: ok holy crap they are expensive lol 12 for £20 http://www.discount-supplements.co.uk/phd-nutrition-diet-whey-12-x-50g the box has lasted a long time tbh (3 weeks????) coz it mostly acted as a "i'm going to eat 2 packets of biscuits otherwise" substitute so maybe its worth it if you're dieting and have a rough time of it :| btw don't keep them anywhere cold/try to eat them as soon as they arrive, they are almost inedible unless a little warm lol my new creatine came too (optinum nutrition) , it mixes into suspension really well so is drinkable and probably OK to mix with milkshake. i've just been mixing 2 scoops to the bottom half of a glass of water which is pretty shit tier still lol also i got reflex zinc magnesium , idk why the tablet is bigger than a full blown multivitamin, it takes me like 3 mins to swallow just 1 and the back of the bottle says take 3, not gonna happen | ||
