Is all farmed salmon bad or just most? I wanna keep eating farmed cuz it's cheaper and better tasting than wild, my local grocery store gets these:

Anyone know about clicking and pain in the hip when I raise my leg? Preliminary research says it's a flexibility issue.

Do you happen to spend a lot of time sitting down during the day? It could very well be a mobility issue - hip mobility exercises are often overlooked by a lot of people.

sounds like u pulled ur hip
i pulled mine 6 months ago and its sort of healed up now , not sure to be honest if its reliable now . it was weird coz when you get some random injury you expect it to be gone within 2 weeks not "hopefully gone" after 6 months.
idk what "pulled means", like i ran too fast on treadmill and it got fucked from overstretching in the process or something then i caused a lot of additional trauma by running a lot in a sports the next day to the point of barely being able to move oops. yeah apparently when you hit 30 you no longer heal

I'm snatching better again, 70 snatch (lol) and 85 power snatch.

I did a burpee+rowing wod yesterday. Improved after every round of burpees, felt really great rowing by the end as my technique got better (Improved my pace every round, from 2:30/500m to 2:05/500m for the last 800m or so)

I suck at rope climbing. Apparently the only muscle powerlifting totally neglects are the biceps lol.

I think it's a mobility or flexibilty issue. It sounded like a lot of cracking, but once I lie down on the floor and raise my leg, I can hear that it's one big (surprisingly deep) pop. That seems like it's one tendon popping over the bone as opposed to a bunch of junk.

meh my creatine tablets turn out to be bigger than fucking multivitimans whilst needing 5-10 of them per day, i was assuming they would be small like vitDs :/ its a problem coz i cant swallow tabs for shit and have to bite them in half, fuck that

no whatever shit i had last time was like mixing dogshit with my shake . i would try to down it in 50ml water instead but i can still taste it in my mouth thinking about that terrible process of spitting and rinsing and gnashing of teeth. hoping the new stuff is different

I just dump 5g of the powder in my mouth and swallow it with a mouthful or two of water. Its not as if it tastes bad like a bcaa or something. Hell, it really has no taste at all.
