He did a pretty good Cutler impression, a couple of awful passes, on really nice on that makes you think maybe hes really as good as peopel think, and a sack that he probably could have avoided.

I feel like there's been a real lot of shitty ass primetime games on sun night, mon and thurs this year. like more than normal.

I don't get how the bears are so bad. their defense is a combination of over the hill and general lackluster players, so that I understand. but that offense should absolutely not be that bad. and theyre no longer coached by lovie smith, who was the king of mediocre results.

his stats pretty closely resemble drew brees' this year. both have 18td and 10int, have similar qb rating. plus hes demonstrated over the years that he can certainly put up numbers too. I don't think tis him

Yet when a game is on the line, basically everyone would rather have Brees than Cutler. Stats can be misleading.

Yeah, this is a case of stats being misleading. Cutler also has 4 lost fumbles, and committed 9 total fumbles. His ball protection has been terrible. His O-Line has also been pretty bad. While I agree that he obviously isn't the fault of every single problem that the Bears have, he is the start of it. When your QB struggles like he has struggled then the entire offense is going to struggle, and then because the offense is doing so poorly all the pressure falls unto the defense and, often times, that defense won't be consistent enough to always win you games.

A little O-Line help and a new QB and the Bears would be back to the playoffs with a high scoring offense very quickly.
