This one in particular caught my eye, but I really don't know what to look for when shopping knee sleeves. Lifted on a 31mm rogue bar today, felt kind of weird. Worked up to 205/245. Too bad this gym just opened up, it's like a 5 minute walk from where I work. | ||

Squat 135 5x5 back feels good so i'm taking this as a good sign Bench 185 3x5 Deadlift 135x10 back still felt good, sweet Chin-ups with 25, some pull-ups. | ||

CJ: 5x45lbs 3x95 3x95 3x95 3x95 2x95 2x95 3x95 2x95 2x95 2x95 2x105 2x105 2x105 2x115 2x115 Followed it up with upright rows (to the chin) 4x6x65, overhead "switch" press 6x45 4x65 3.5x75 ans 2.5x75 (getting exhausted here), then finished with some "bodybuilding" type front raises and rear flies. Gotta say it takes a certain amount of confidence to drop into a front squat under the bar and to know that it will be where it's supposed to be. As opposed to a movement like bench press, where heavier weights just means more "squeeze", a heavier clean means the bar moves less when you get under it. It's hard to judge sometimes, for example cleaning the bar usually results in banging my lower chin :/ Jerks are tough on the wrists! Had no trouble jerking at 115, but I think my hand position is shit. My gf will record me in a few days doing some lifts and I'd like to get chewed out as much as possible! | ||

With wrist wraps I can jerk with much less pain in the wrist. Getting good feet hitting the ground as I'm catching but still a bit slow on the elbows. | ||

Bench 190 3x5 Deadlift 145 1x10 1x5 Pull-ups, GHR, Narrow grip bench. SI feels 95% fine after squats but that 5% is more than wednesday and makes me nervous :\ | ||
