Yeah just over 1 year. I was pretty tiny before.

Also, could work on that beard, look at sJarl, the longer his beard is the stronger he is
Man I literally just shaved my beard off yesterday. Not even joking.
I've definitely lost strength during this cut. Changed up all my exercises as well.
Just a few random lifts -
45kg (100lb) DB chest press x 10
50kg (110lb) DB row x 12
420kg (924lbs) Leg Press x 8
Been starting to do some weighted pistol squats as well - 17.5kg x 12 each leg
Definitely looking to get stronger while putting on some good size during my next bulk.

cute need to work on your posing though.
what's the next step going to be?
LOL I literally stood up from my chair and took that. Just wanted people to know I train legs.
Im going to keep cutting for another week or 2. Then bulk for about 16 weeks. Aiming to put on 0.5kg per week. Just deciding on what routine to do now.
After reading this Im most likely going to hit my muscles 2 times a week. So I could do an upper/lower split. Or even higher frequency 3 day split then upper/lower in 1 week. I considered running madcows again but want to concentrate on my upper body.
I dont do much cause i had a nagging hip injury except for a few tackles and some assists. I did have a 60 meter run for a score but it was in the second half and all these clips are from the first half (yeah we scored like 10 times in the first half :D )
So today I reduced by 2.5kg what I wanted to do, because my 2nd gym's bench isn't that comfortable and because I was fucking tired. Once I stop cutting (I really like how I look a lot better now, cant wait to have six pack) I'll have to add a lot of volume (and even maybe even evil assistance exercices) to remain ripped I think. Also found out an awesome stretch for quad flexibily, as I noticed in my bench press my arch is nowhere near elite powerlifting level yet, so I need more flexibilty. My right quad was so tight, gonna do this at least 3x weekly.
(brag with bp again)
Stretch (at the end) I did
I was tired becuase last saturday my car got stuck on the sand. I was there cause I picked up my soon to be gf really late for a cup of wine. I had to ask a friend to pick us up (hopefully he answered the fucking phone) and abandon my car for the night. I was so embarrased and felt like such a loser :p. I always go there, but picked a really bad spot to park cause when I moved back to go away I got deeeeep stuck.
It took me (with him again, sunday afternoon) around 3 hours of shoveling to dig out enough sand so we could unstuck it. At first we tried to pull it, but his car was too small and slided trough the sand. A combination of lots of shoveling, me driving and he pulling at same time finally worked oo.

lol, fatty :p
Did you meet Jim (beastskills) there? I believe he went to the capital open to compete
oh i didnt actually talk to him. i did see someone with a beastskills shirt. i didnt make the connection.lol also i was busy running to the bathroom (ate bad celery?) in between warmups and coaching a friend all in the same session lol.
GoTunk: why didn't you just use some rubber mattresses and placed them under the wheels? That is what we usually do at home when cars get stuck in snow.
Other than that, it looks hillarious lol. gj on the bench though!
Decent job of getting stuck there for sure. I've got a fun little 82 Toyota pickup, with a 5 inch lift and 35" tires, and used to have a Suzuki Samurai on 32"s. That thing was FUN in the Rockies, being so light. Managed to get it floating on the snow once, had to just sit there revving until my exhaust melted enough to get traction again. That thing was dangerous in the mountains.

Had a rear wheel drive mustang in michigan for two years T_T Had to push that thing out of the driveway so many times.
Just did snatch up to 108 and CJ up to 120 today, feeling a bit better from rugby shit (stinger in my shoulder, dead leg, hip pointer)

We did. The car was so stuck that after we dig out the wheels, the weight was on the axe (left wheel spinned in the air). Getting under the car and pulling sand with hand was fun -_-
Good Mornings: 185lbs 3x10 super set Hacks squat: some reps
Standing pulley crunches: 4x10 with the whole stack super set Back extensions: doubled mini band+45lbs 4x10
My abs are getting pretty strong. I did dragonflags with a chain tied around my feet that weighs 13lbs yesterday. Accumulation block is pretty hard even though speed work is done without bands or chains. Getting good gains in GPP. My hamstrings are a weak point right now. I'm hammering them hard, so my next Deadlift max effort (in 10-11 weeks) should be a major PR.

I know westside is effective (you are another proof of that :p) but I was wondering how on earth do you design your programs. Do you have a coach or smth? Because they seem beyond complicated =/

Nice squat man. Good luck with the rest of the program.

Had do do that one once on a friend's car who had drunkenly driven it off a small bridge. good job on getting yours up though.
Iceland: where the answer to getting your car stuck is to just pick it up and put it somewhere else.
