So 4 months ago my goal was to cut. I had finished 5 months of SS and 4 months of Madcows and gained 20kg. (77.5 to 97.5) Was really strong but felt pretty huge. Started doing a 4-5 day bodybuilding split to bring my upper body up (legs were definitely imbalanced) then started to cut. Over the past 4 months I've cut from 97.5kg to 81kg Probably a bit too fast. Would have lost some muscle. Most of my lifts are still fairly similar so I've stayed about the same strength in the lifts I've been doing. Here is a picture of my back when i first started (just over a year ago) and then a picture the other day at the gym - + Show Spoiler + ![]() ![]() Got a few more pics and training videos might post them later. If anyone wants to see them?? Also happy to answer any questions about my diet or training. I love talking about anything gym related. Will try to stop lurking so much and contribute more where I can!

Still skinny, but looking kinda ripped. yeah, its good for others to see progress over time even if you're not to bothered i have the fucking nastiest dreams just got stalked by a lion in an open fence attraction (this is scarey) then my camera broke then i was leered at/teased by some bullies then attacked by muggers outside a shop then saw someone in a church save a dead baby that was foaming at the mouth fucking what in the fuck
