My shoulders actually get so tired so quickly. They also get really sore when I train multiple days in a row (with lifts over 90+%)... such as yesterday.

I've never push pressed over 100kg yet my jerk is 60+kg over that
Lol iknorite. I always say Im gonna do more push presses but I end up just sticking to Snatch/CJ/Squat 90% of the time lol.
Didn't do any drop off sets lolz. Training tomorrow with a focus on higher volume.
PRs Snatch 102 ---> 105 CJ 117 ---> 125
Back and shoulder strength catching up with leg strength ya. I also started wearing a belt for the first time in my life on maximal cleans and front squats so that helped a bit.
Fifth day in a row hitting over 270 total (four of those at least 280). Maybe I'll pr again tomorrow. Going heavy everyday feels great. I wake up fresh and even if I feel slow I'm hitting good numbers.

I'm about 6'1. Hovering around 100kg give or take. I'll probably be a light 105 at the Arnold. Should be able to keep pace with most in the Snatch and hope for a good day in the cj
Sixth day in a row. Starting to feel the affects in my speed and my arms feeling really lethargic. Still hit 125/145. Snatch was real inconsistent and I missed a jerk at 150 :-\ Back squatted up to 207. Can't feel legs. Body is really looking forward to a rest day and a massage.
