Been almost a month now, settling into 88kg-90kg. Best lifts as of today, 14 Jan 2013: 97/115/150. Leg strength is up, back strength is lagging. My goal is to qualify for Canadian nationals for 85kg class, I need at least a 245kg total (approx. 110 Sn, 135 CJ), no competitions in my province until July and August (so I have about 7 months).

I think I will look to train under her this summer. She is having trouble finding space atm (she is trying to rent out space at facility from the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics but they are charging way too much... aint this some bull? Win a medal for Canada... can't even get a bone or nothin. Oh well, there is always her garage gym lolz. | ||

I'm only in the gym 4-5 days a week so I pretty much always Snatch/CJ/Squat/Misc. I'll try next week. I can clean 120+ no prob, I just havent jerked it. | ||

Had a pretty good day today. bsq/ 160/2x2 then 140/5x3 sn block: 90/2 (missed third rep) clean block: 115/3 wednesday I cleaned 120. That 5x5 squats really did the trick :D | ||

It's my back and shoulder strength that's holding me back. Hence I'm cutting down my squatting frequency to 4x/week (3x FS, 1x BS) and doing more pulls and push presses (I haven't really done them at all) | ||
