Yurik Vardanyan 405kg total @ 82,5kg. Almost clean and jerked 230kg at this bw, it's unreal... In 1980 at the Olympics, his total would've given him the gold in the two weight classes after his, and the bronze in the super heavies. Thought I'd share, though you probably know all about it anyway... | ||

How many of you can imagine still doing an 82kg clean and jerk at 70+ years old? We post videos all the time of people throwign around heavy weights... but this is some other shit. Really making weightlifting a part of life. Impressive. | ||
