Started (March 2012): 107kg Now (December 2012): 87.5kg Height: 168cm (for reference) Once I get to 85kg I will start eating at maintenance levels and focus on improving my strength. Lifts: Snatch: 92.5kg Clean and Jerk: 110kg Front Squat: 140kg Anyone up for a race to 100kg snatch? Then 125kg Clean and Jerk? | ||

Got another one here, 381kg, 390kg and 400kg at around 100kg BW!! I'm usually not a fan of sumo deads but this was just pure elegance. | ||

What do you guys think? Does He Even Lift? I hurt my knee on my back foot, hyperextended it when split jerking a warmup. Hasn't been right for a month now. Had my last squat workout more than 10 days ago and even though I've continued going to the gym and doing deadlifts/bench/hypertrophy work if feels like I don't even really lift because I don't snatch or cj. There is no reason to even be alive if you don't squat at least twice a week imo. I got a part time job and my courseload is far lighter than last semester, this might be the time I finally make the transition to 105kg class once I actually start training again on Monday. | ||
