I was going to say, "Don't worry, 13 being bad is not an opinion."
But then, I'm an objective arbiter of taste so y'all should just take my opinions as fact anyways.

As good as these all are, I think that there are plenty of great games afterwards.
Vagrant Story, Persona 3 and 4, Skies of Arcadia, FFT (ofc) to name a few off the top of my head.

Yeah these were pretty much all better than the vast majority of post SNES stuff.

I never played Skies of Arcadia.
I probably should. It has a pretty great name.

Chrono trigger best game of all games. Vagrant story worst game.

What was the last FF Square made before it merged with Enix?
It was 10, right? First Square-Enix one was 10-2?

Chrono Trigger was boring as fuck, I never even finished it.
TWEWY is a really fun RPG.

So I got my PAX East tickets - got lucky and managed to get 2 3-day passes before they sold out. Anyone else going/know if Riot's gonna have a huge presence there again?

I never finished chrono trigger either, but I at least feel bad about it.

Also the dancing FMV when you meet Riona is hilariously awkward, to date one of my favorite FF moments. ... just means you stare at them until they leave it actually works Gunblade is also the coolest impractical weapon ever devised. At least top 5. Not actually a fictional thing. There's a few in the medieval section of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Still working on it. Slowly and excruciatingly (because of the heartstrings and terror). NO SPOILERS.

TLOU is amazing in ways I can't really explain. Perhaps not the best story I've seen in all of gaming, it definitely ranks highly.
The last two "zones" are just... heavy isn't even a good enough word.

I'M GETTING THERE. I have to play it like... once a week with copious amounts of Pokemon in between to sleep at night.

Going to chime in and say that Chrono Trigger was absolutely amazing. I never played it on the SNES, but I did play the DS version. And boy did I love it.
Also Last of Us is worth playing based on the ending alone. Though beating the snot out of everyone with melee was buckets of fun as well. And the nail grenades. Can't forget those.
