To be fair I gained a half inch in height from sugery a few years ago. Used to be 6"2.5
Guy I used to sing in acapella group with was 6"5 and his voice was way deeper than mine. I maintain the fact that for a tall guy I actually don't fit the usual mold pretty well----voice not that deep comparatively, small feet, etc

I honestly just have to kill their Cleric and then the rest will die because of sheer stupidity. They still haven't caught on that they should probably get potions before adventuring.

The breaking point is level 7, because 4th level magic is really the tipping point between spells being "well this is pretty useful for doing this" and "wow, I guess this kind of does anything I want, doesn't it?"
Though if it's their first time, they probably won't realize this for a few more levels after that.

Ok so using the well known unit of skinny nerdness of pounds per centimetre, where 0 would be a skinny nerd singularity and >1 is not skinny:
nyxnyxnyx 0.62 phathom32 0.66 Alzadar 0.71 Alaric 0.72 Wave 0.79 mordek 1.01 ComaDose 1.01 Asmo 1.01 Shelke 1.19
I think if you were made of sticks of butter stacked horizontally your number would be about 0.2. So nyx is just over three times as thick as butter.
We can see a clear divide of one full butter thickness between the skinny and the non-skinny. Shelke is made of pure muscle, which weighs more than butter, so he has an extra butter thickness on everyone.

Yeah now that the game seems to be in motion you can probably start upping some of the challenge levels if you want. More encounters per day so they have to manage their resources, encounters that are designed to be ran away from so they learn to not just charge headlong every time, etc.

I worked hard for my 5x butter stick stat.

I used to be 5x butter but then I got fat so now I'm only 4x butter rip

Well, I just read through some of the rules stuff and realized I've been doing death/dying wrong, so I'm altering that to what the Next system lists (mine was kind of a bastardized 2nd ed system I think cuz it was based on what Neil uses in Solum) and they're on board. It should help remedy some things and make combat a bit more interesting should anyone get knocked unconscious.

Oh I see I've been doing it wrong.
I'm a 7'7 goliath. I once played leapfrog with Yao Ming. My rippling abs are complimented by my gorgeous, flowing locks. I weigh about 450 pounds because of my massive penis.

He's prob, I'm (barely) not anymore, according to the metric-style butter-thickness system (MSBTS). Maybe I'd be again if I didn't have some tummy. It's pretty annoying managing to be both skinny and fat. x_o
Also I tend to assume that any red post here is MB but as soon as I read half a line I knew it was Yango.

Not entirely sure what death counters are, but it sounds like what I will be implementing.
If you fall unconscious, you have to make DC10 CON death saving throws. 3 fails = death, 3 passes = stable at 0HP, these don't have to be in order. Nat 1 counts as 2 fails, Nat 20 = +1 HP.
Allies can spend an action to stabilize you at 0 HP with a DC10 WIS check.
