At least you're not in Canada. I had a friend who had unreliable internet even when he was only sharing the internet with one other person on a 20mBps wireless.
The shared connection already is somewhat unreliable and costs me a game or two every then and now due to 5 second freezes and random disconnects, but it was enough to play the majority of the games in an acceptable manner.
But now, it's like if these selfish bastards try to suck dry the whole internet. I can only suspect what they are doing but it's definitely overusing both the upload and download capability. I'm lagging when playing LoL and talking to people using team speak 3 while I simultaneously have to wait 10 seconds until google.com opens...

I'm playing mundo, was doing quite well 8-3, carrying my team, when i drop and can't get back in, it just lets me que agian. Dagnit, i finally start doing well and in my last 3 games, a drop, i carried a bad team who raged at me for dying when i was 12-3, and lost a 3v5 after two people rage quit when they died level 1. Why does this happen when I'm doing well?
These are all normals, but its still annoying.

Server fucks up during champ select before I can even pick...so I just close it. I come back like 10-15 minutes later and its telling to rejoin the fucking game, that never even started. Fix your fucking shit Riot, my god.

Edit: Completely on tilt; lost five or so games in a row now. I really, really need to stop third-picking support when our last pick claims to be "on his friend's account" and "high ELO" and "free win" and then proceeds to repeatedly invade the enemy's jungle as Xin and get murdered. FML.

I'm not sure about Randuin's on Ashe, but Frozen Heart on Ezreal sems pretty damn good. Armor to defend against their adc, cdr and more mana for his q pokes, and of course the attack speed reduction, at least for mid-game play. Only tradeoffs I se are less damage output, which would leave you more susceptible to ganks and dives.

Additional QQ: Why do people say that they're doing the "new meta" when doing absolutely stupid stuff like AP Syndra bot wih support Zilean, while Kat took mid (Kat did fine, not hating on her)? Not to mention that Syndra kept bitching at top lane Warwick and me, jungling Udyr, for having no balls, since we wouldn't engage fights that were hideously in their favor (tower dives when there were 3 of them, 2v5s, etc.), even though Warwick was playing the smartest of us all, always focusing their Caitlyn or Annie, while I was doing my best to help him. Some people honestly need to actually watch other people play before commenting on their play.
And don't even get me started on how many times she tried to solo push and died to their whole team, then blamed me and Warwick for not assisting her.

I hate duo queues that won't surrender. Two inhibitors down, we've taken a single one of their towers, not gotten a single dragon or baron, and are massively behind in both CS and kills...against a team with superior late game scaling. But noooooooo! Never give up! Never surrender! Every single surrender vote goes 3/2. Waste 20 minutes of time. That's practically another game! So irritating.
What's that Volibear? You're say you're a tank, not a support? Oh, I see, so that's why you've died 15 times and never purchased a ward or oracles against a team with two stealth champions. Well, would you please surrender along with your duo queue buddy ADC Jayce? No? Ok ok, I understand.

Won that game but only because one of them had a disconnect and then i managed to push through inhib tower, inhib, nexus towers and killed the nexus after a barely won teamfight.
1 hour game... and most of them below 200cs.
Game already started horrible, Zyra didn't connect the first 5 minutes, Nasus decided it's a good idea to go bot with me and managed to auto-attack minions while missing every lasthit and push lane with his AoE, costing me so many minions that i had less than 100cs 15 minutes in. I then told him that i solo bot and i don't want him on my lane, which ended up in me actually getting kills and slowly catching up in CS.
My team then proceeds to run into every trap they could find. Soraka showed herself, then ran into a bush. Everyone followed her and died to the other guys hidden in that bush.
Once Ezreal and me finished our items, the game evened out slightly but thanks to my completely trap oblivious teammates we still lost every teamfight and 2 inhibitors before their garen disconnected and we finally won some fights.
Seriously, i know it's low level, but how the hell can people have less than 100cs 45 minutes into the game?
Only after i told them that they should work on their CS (and explained what CS is) they finally started to get above 100.
Well, only 16 levels to go until my second account can finally do ranked games...
