Tbh I find nothing impressive about instagibbing with LB. That's pretty much her thing.
I find it incredibly impressive that essentially 1 player made one of the top teams in the world surrender @ 20 minutes. The thing about that video that stands out, is that it is 1 game. It brings me back to the days of FPS frag vids, where one of the ways you could differentiate the impressiveness of the vid was how much 'content' it contained. Some people could take years to get footage for a sick video, with single isolated clips spanning hundreds of games, and then sometimes it just took 1 match, against very skilled opponents even.
This is why I wish more people would play LeBlanc in tournaments. So cool to watch.
is that doA casting? he was one of my favorite casters in sc2. as much as I love LoL, I hate competitive LoL, so i'm sad to see him switch. probably a good move for him though, considering viewership numbers.

Also that play @ top was sick.
Maybe it's because I don't play LB but I have no idea what was impressive about the top play. He hit his skillshot, he shot the thing and he did the pounce/teleport back thing. That's bread and butter LB to me.

No, that would be your logic, and it doesn't make sense. The Lee Sin vids were impressive, not everyone can do that, the LB vid was just LB being LB imo.

I think people who choose to play LB just tend to be mechanically sound so it wasn't that impressive. Lee should attract the same players but he's more popular.
Like I said I never player her myself, but when having laned against her I always see the leash followed by the orbthing and the pounce into teleport. I kinda got the impression that was the horse's one trick, and I saw no different in that video.

All I saw was combo kbai
You'll also note that none of the Lee Sin videos are on OGN tournament levels...
Some of the earlier combos showed crazy good awareness of exactly how much damage he needed to do and how to do it. After ~half of the clip it was just crazy-fed-LB-dunking-people, but how he got there was pretty impressive play imoimo.
My favorite part is when he goes at it after his passive... like what did you expect to be different this time when your teammates aren't there. He then proceeds to almost do wraiths a couple times hahaha.
I think he has a condition where he feels invincible to jungle creeps...
