He's not that similar to Stephano either. Stephano went for a bunch of pro-active stuff like the roach max, or incredibly abusive swarmhost stuff later (though he wasn't at his peak by then). | ||

The last game I had no idea why Maru just didn't continue to deny the 2 bases and turtle with his tank army. He was probably 2x base denials and 2 fights away from choking Reynor to submission. It made 0 sense to move out really... | ||

The only reason he was able to win game 5 was because he was taking and holding more base than Reynor, while the overall trade wasnt that efficient for Maru. But he need to get a better army composition than what he had in game 7, maybe less Tanks and more Thors, or even transition into Sky Terran. The tanks were pretty much useless after Reynor hit the Viper tech and get caught with their pants down all the time. | ||
