Dark looked unstoppable up until Special got some early-mid game leads. Very easily could have lost both games, but came back and in the end looked unstoppable?

Both if you ask me. You will be submerged by "Dark is perfect" but while he had one of his beast days, Terran players stronger and/or more decisive than Bunny and Special would have won games and possibly series from the situations they were in; as for the ZvZ, Serral played worse than he did in TSL6.

I’ve noticed the European ZvZ thing is also quite the meme now. I mean I know it’s a bit of fun but Lambo was kind of on the money back in what 2019 or whenever he said it no? Dark did look scary from what I saw but Inno didn’t bring a huge amount to the table when they squared off.

Dark did look scary from what I saw but Inno didn’t bring a huge amount to the table when they squared off. When Lambo brought the topic out, he was perfectly right. From sometime in the second half of 2018 through the entirety of 2019, european Zerg were almost even against korean ones not considering Serral and decisively ahead if we include him; mid tier EU Zerg were consistently beating their korean counterparts and often punching above their weight in mirror: Namshar defeated Rogue and soO, for example. This ceased to be true in 2020, both because of Serral not being untouchable anymore and (possibly) because the more standard, lategame oriented style favored by most of the EU Zerg being less effective in the meta. Inno didn't look sharp in TvZ today.
