It means that the Protoss army will keep on attacking zerg units instead of killing all the interceptors making the carrier useless after neural runs out. The zerg still controls the carrier and the interceptors still attack the Protoss--it's just that the Protoss player who originally controlled the carrier won't kill all the interceptors (which means they use their DPS against the zerg units and the carrier still has interceptors when neural lapses). | ||

No, you still get the carriers to fight with and remove them from your opponent. Basically what used to happen is you could neural around half of the opponent's carriers and every interceptor would die quickly. Even if the infestors were all killed after that, protoss wouldn't really have an army left to fight with. | ||
