I’m still amazed that Twitch chat can be so completely lacking of knowledge of how StarCraft works, despite presumably following the game for years in most cases.
Those Mutas got nothing done really in terms of damage, they did pull Hero back off the map. Not really ideal with this style.
Serral is crushing it thus far, really looks on form As far as best of 7s go, I think Maru vs Zest is a good contender with the 33 minutes combined time. In bo5 i couldnt say, there were countless of lopsided 3-0s throughout SC2 history. As for the muta attack of serral, yes, it was not cost efficient, it was about tempo, taking control of the game, throwing Heromarine off his gameplan.
Was Life-Lilbow bo5 or bo7?

HeRoMaRinE should have taken a page out of Maru's playbook and proxy raxed his way to victory.

His battle mech worked in the group stage, so I think it makes sense he's forcing that. Of corse, Serral is really great at evolving his game, i expected him to come prepared vs that (and for ling-lurker too, if we ever get into that tonight)

What was Idra vs Alive, the legendary show match? Of course excluded from this as not a tournament, still.

I'd like to see Blizzard experiment with making Yamato do a small splash.

BC rush into bio?
I might not know anything about StarCraft anymore but isn't that... incredibly heavy investment into something that won't do much for rest of the game and does not even transition smoothly?
That said, it seems to work so what do i know about StarCraft anyways.

And have that marine live until the end of the game.

At least it was more competitive than the Drogo series I guess.

I said Terran needed mobile splash. HeRoMaRinE decided he didn't need splash. I don't think that was a visionary strategy.

I wonder how Serral feels after this

GG, Hero was pretty close to breaking him there.

I am not sure but I would say Nestea vs Inca was shorter.
