Rogue had the superior economy for a long time. If he had been able to maintain the advantage he would've won.

I mean, if Rogue didn't consistently lose the viper battles he could take it, but he lost every single one of them, in every other aspect he was doing great.

What he had in superior economy he squandered away in army losses. He had like 2 bases worth of gas in lost units disadvantage at some point.
