I don't know, you should always take into consideration that these players have good and bad days. So neither do we know if this is TYs final form, nor do we know if Serral will perfom as well as yesterday. I'm speaking about the whole event. I haven't seen a single map from TY that makes me think "wow, he's playing well". It's been really underwhelming. Is TvP really harder than TvZ? I wouldn't think so. Either way, TY does not llike TvP at all. The finals are next week so there is a lot more time to get well (TY is ill) and to settle into the new surroundings. I expect him to play better in the quarterfinals, but the opponents are obviously strong too. I don't think TvP is harder than TvZ at all. As for what comes to getting better, it's possible but i'm not sold on TY at all. Honestly felt like if Neeb didn't go full foreigner in map 1, he would be out now. TY disagrees with your first statement but agrees with your final statement.

If you look at the schedules shown on the screen, they are being constantly pushed forward as the games are too short.
Not that I am complaining that they have sped it up today, but it means that the delays are NOT deliberate as some tried to claim and are purely due to their incapability to run it better. I was the one claiming it was like that on the first day. It was like that on the first day.
Well, but obviously it doesn't have to be like that and it even doesn't seem to be their goal.
Or maybe they actually take feedback seriously and saw how pissed everyone was with the delays?

First day they respected the announced timeline, even if it took long breaks filled with nothing, and then started on time.

Ok sOs, you can do this. I believe <3

I'm actually kinda interested in the PvP, I don't think Zest or sOs are playing particularly well at all but should still be interesting, hoping for sOs to take it 2-1

Zest is not belong to Anaheim.

sOs been playing so bad. He shouldn't win. But we'll see.

Feels like a long time since I've seen sOs vs Zest. Hoping for something even half as amazing as their encounter on Frost in SPL. That was like the best PvP ever

TY will have the huge advantage of Serral playing zerg instead of toss. TvZ is harder than TvP though? And Lambo took a map off him :D i still have more faith in TY's tvz than his tvp I do too. In fact the only reason why TvP is so cheese heavy now is because of how hard Terrans think it is to win in macro games vs Protoss. Cheese builds by their very nature carry enormous risk that no top tier pro wants to take on EVERY game unless they feel like they have to. If TY felt confident in his TvP standard play he wouldnt be proxying EVERY game. Especially since TY is one of the rare terrans that didn't fear going to the lategame even when other terrans weren't comfortable, so it's not like he is always afraid of late game

sOs should win, he's the better player
