Korean Terrans are just the hardest opponents by for for EU players. Nobody had it harder than Lambo at BlizzCon.

that happens when the best european terrans are special and uthermal (who isn't even at blizzcon)

I mean special is from NA, but even on the NA server you won't meet him, since he is always in Korea. Special is basically a korean Terran playing WCS :D.

that's true too.

that zoom in on Lambo was a bit exaggerated...

Camerman is like "Do I see tears, are those tears? I have to make sure, zooooom, zoooooooooooom!"
Maru and Serral are probably top 5.

Dreamcatcher is very hard vs terrans who know their business

50-50 map so should be ok if he has equal skill

Ah yes the infamous 50-50* map that zergs happen to veto all the time.

* statistics from Liquipedia pulling from unknown pool of tournaments

maps are either even or OP for zerg, you should've learned that by now

At one point the stats for Darkness Sanctuary heavily favoured terran because the stats were pulled from like 1 GSL game, a few ONPOONG games, and half a dozen games from some teamleague between diamond players.

Dreamcatcher is 49.6/50.4 over more than 360 games

And that s very nice, but again, those 360 games include total nonames playing in challenger, and obviously some zergs who really struggle with it banned in in tournaments. It includes Serral bashing 6k gm players.

The map has a certain layout, and has certain mechanics. It favors terran against zerg, particularly it favors tanks with all those ridges that protect them, but they can comfortably shoot through them.
Most maps dont have those.

I think (T)HeRoMaRinE is gonna win there.
(P)sOs looked trash against (Z)Serral, the best european terran has a shot against him as well

Btw, the no name argument doesn't mean much, because no names can get abused / abuse as well as top pros.

The problem wasn't the sample size, the problem was that the sample was awful. Adding more games doesn't change that. Anyone would tell you that Dreamcatcher favours terran.

Randomized I believe (with players from the same group on opposite sides and first place finishers vs second place finishers as usual).

Not really convinced, outside of the two tank push at the ridge it's not that good depending on the openings.
It slightly favors terran but not as much as para site favors zerg

I thought the general consensus about Dreamcatcher is that it isn't as terran favoured as it initially seemed. It is still ofc, a good man for terran.
