I find it pretty exciting, and I still think the player who wins was the player who played better. Plus, game 2/3 have been pretty decision-oriented and not very disruptor-YOLO-fest. ngl, this era of PvP is horrible to watch for me (and I loved it in HoTS even when no one else did). The mass adepts, or disruptor 50/50, or carrier insta win. It's just so...uugh... It just feels like there's almost no real strategy involved. I really hate that it's so easy for a lesser player to beat an amazing player just because the meta involves it being coinflippy.

Yeah that's what I mean, they schedule an hour and a half I think for a Bo5, which isn't unreasonable but to be honest, sometimes you get 40-minute games. For the most part though, it's still not as bad as DOTA where drafts take a while, and games can actually just take forever.

Yeah I can see your point, although I feel with every meta of PvP people hate it in the moment and end up liking it afterwards. People hated HotS PvP when it was around, and now they love it. It's a hard matchup to get people to like.

Tbh the results seem a lot more consistent than say TvT.

Even swarmhosts have more fans now than they had at the time they were plaguing tournament schedules.

Mass Muta HotS ZvZ was fun too, frankly.
