I'm gonna be honest, I'm more pumped for thid day than yesterday because we will see more foreigners play. It is such a rare occasion to watch them play live, and together. The Koreans will probably dominate their groups, but it is the other player that have my attention. Really want to to see Kelazhur take on China and Hong Kong, really want to see Bistork on camera for the first time, really want to see the Chinese playing on stage.

I always fear that when I will be trying to be aggressive on the map, some random drop will rect my probes or widow mines will just walk up to mineral line. I hate them.

It's true Nestea had a 100% winrate in ZvZ in 2010, however he only played a total of 7 games.
Jaedong's run and PartinG's are far more impressive.
In the same time, Inno had a 74% and 75% winrate in TvZ and TvP respectively.
Edit: also within the same time frame, Hyun's winrate was 66%

Looking through a bit more, PartinG had an almost identical winrate in PvT during the blink era (between the beginning of 2014, to the end of july), 89%. This is still very impressive considering he was almost universally playing in Korean individual leagues and Proleague.
Still I think his current winrate is the most impressive run outside of perhaps Inno's in the early parts of HOTS.
I'll continue to look, but I'm not sure of any other players who have been nearly as statistically dominant in HOTS. WoL may have someone like Mvp who I haven't accounted for properly

Mvp was 70% for an year in both TvZ and TvT.

Looking through a bit more, PartinG had an almost identical winrate in PvT during the blink era (between the beginning of 2014, to the end of july), 89%. WoL may have someone like Mvp who I haven't accounted for properly Mvp was 70% for an year in both TvZ and TvT. We have heard multiple times that he has said and his friends have said he wants it pronounced in the way they are pronouncing it, not the way you are positing.

Yeah TY is just a beast right now, he got there through the korean qualifier and beat soO recently I think. Losira would've been better.

I think it might be a nice series considering their respective styles. TY has a tendency to overdo it on the drop harass to the point where he runs out steam and has too small a force for the main engagements. I think Snute might be able to keep up in that multi-faceted tactical game. Also didn't TY recently beat soO 2-0 in qualifiers? He lost the rematch against soO 0-2 (even though he had a massive lead in the first game after killing soO's 3rd). It's safe to say that TvZ is by far his worst matchup.

Ahhh... I think the website shows the time according to what time zone you live in. So what I initially thought was IEM's website saying the matches would start 10:30am China time zone, it was actually saying KST for me since I'm in Korea right now.
