It was some game on entombed valley back in WoL There was Ryung vs The_StC in WCS 2013 and lots died in that one
Lucifron vs Someone had a ton of worker deaths from hellbats as well. WCS 2013 iirc.

Blame Blizzard for being stubborn enough going through with Swarmhosts, although the pro-gamer feedback has been overwhelmingly negative since day 1. SH had nothing to do with parking your inferior army with no resources behind a small ramp, trying nothing to win, obviously losing, wasting 30k viewers time for one hour. And we have to live with this jerk in the Ro16. I hope someone is able to file a valid complaint about this resulting in a disqualification, but I'm not holding my breath. As has already been pointed out, ForGG probably thought that Firecake was broke because ForGG had mined so much of the map before Firecake got to it. Are we really going to disqualify someone for acting on imperfect information in a game which prohibits having perfect information? You can make the case that he held out for some time after the realization that he can't trade away to a draw sets in, but then you're also making a case for disqualifying someone based on what you assume is going on in their head with no proof. That's an extremely bad precedent. A player of his caliber, with his experience, his results, and having used the ridiculous number of scans that he did, is absolutely incapable of a level of incompetence to believe that he could have won the game from that position.

No we cannot DQ people left and right on loose accusations, it would be totally unfair of course. Especially in WCS. I'm still down though.

And we have to live with this jerk in the Ro16. I hope someone is able to file a valid complaint about this resulting in a disqualification, but I'm not holding my breath. I don't like what we saw yesterday either. I want to make that clear. This match and what we had yesterday is really making it difficult for me. I love the game and I love WCS, but the last two days have really shown the worst matches ever for me. I couldn't even see the last series yesterday due to the previous stalemates taking so long to finish. I respect players that try to do everything they can to win in WCS, because this is it, the big thing, and they own it to themselves, their sponsors and teams etc to do anything to win. If Happy thinks he has the best chance to go mech vs zerg he really should do so every game, even if it takes 2 hours per map. It is, as you say, Blizzard's fault for allowing this kind of game-play. That being said, what ForGG did now went well beyond a stalemate between SH and mech. He had lost one hour before he finally gave up. So yeah, SH vs mech yesterday + today's nonsense really didn't make my weekend. So far below my expectations. but would you have made such a post had he not done that? I dunno you made some good points. what's done is done though. I hate forGG tonight but timorrow it will be cool.
I would have made many small happy posts instead of a long miserable one if he had not done it.

I don't believe he was playing for a win, but a draw. You're also making the judgement based on the viewer's perfect information plus the analysis of casters, players on twitter, etc. So, no, it's still bad policy to disqualify a player because you think he was stalling in a position where the logical goal of playing for a draw might be in his mind. Again, unless you think we should disqualify people who are trying to do everything to not lose, which is terrible.

The first time I watched competive BW I thought T was the only race played at high level cause the whole tourney was almost 100% terran.
