There should seriously be a sudden death mode that activates after 1hour15min of gameplay. The game is not designed to go longer than that.
Just drop increasing numbers of neutral nukes until 1 player dies

Why hasn't the tie game timer kicked in? Surely it's been many minutes since any units have been killed? Is it because resources have been mined? Because I don't think energy units count as far as resetting the timer is concerned?
