Well BLs and Corruptors are not exactly the type of units that die to Storms easily. And Locusts are, y'know, free, as are Broodlings.
Sc1 storms ignore armor and deal direct damage. Is this not the case in sc2? I always assumed they were similar in that regard.
SC2 storm ignores armor, it is still magic damage and does 80 dmg over 4 seconds. Corruptor has 200 HP, meaning you need 10 seconds of storms to kill it. It never happened in this game ;-) Storm doesn't overlap, meaning after 4 seconds of the first storm the second one starts to count(this is the same as BW, right?)
HerO was in bad position, he should have recalled.
Fair enough. You guys have all brought up some good points. It makes better sense now. I just want to see all zerg melt like hydras under a blanket of storms.

PvT is the match-up to watch if you want to see stuff evaporating to Storm

He should've fucking killed Pet before he had 10+ broodlords.
Or this.
I still don't understand that fight. If you are a spoon Protoss, than you recall in this position. If you are more aggressive you kill Zerg earlier. This was... bad :D

I am with you. Everything should melt in storm. As do my chargelots and observers when I storm everything!!! :D

If you are HerO you go carrier/void ray on 4 bases and lose to 1 base BL/infestor

Pff, I can do this too.
Was it HerO who beat the zerg on that Dark map with Carrier probe lategame? :D
