Maybe they'll give Protoss something more broken than the cyclone  . New zealot upgrade that gives them an AoE attack when charging. :p Hellbat drops already exist

Doesn't sound protossey enough. Maybe they'll make immortals shoot two scarabs each shot. That's why they compensated by removing hardened shields.
