no. if he didnt make bunker didnt make 3barracks and made factory instead of 3rd barrack than he ahead but thats mega risky cuz theres n oway to know if its bstalkler all in or not. its just bad game design + maps

I see... so in other words, what terran really needs is a better scouting tool to figure out what's behind the stalkers/mothership core to figure out what exactly protoss is doing? I've been thinking that for a while now

Yeah, scanning would work. However, you will have less marines for the blink-in. Again, it is the risk and reward. With protoss, they can see the entire defense with MSC and decide if they want to warp in more stalkers. If MSC vision was changed, at least they would have to do their all-in sort of blind which increases the risk/reward.

Two answers, either terran needs stronger ways to punish toss in the form of pressures and all-ins that can actually do harm, or toss needs some of its versatility to be toned down. There should be some sort of downside for investing into an all-in and not committing to it, and it should be punishable.

Or make blink-ins easier to hold so terrans don't have to play super safe with lots of bunkers (you need 4 on a lot of the maps, 2 in front of natural and 2 in main). time warp on the ramp makes terrans have to split their units so that is why you need bunkers. If no time warp, the terran could have his army near the ramp and be ready to defend both nature and the main with just 2 bunkers (1 in natural and 1 in main)
