I am not sure it is about tiebreaker. But since Jangbi only announced his retirement like 2 days ago, would have been unfair to change the format. And format changes in general are not done. That is why players get BYEs when their opponents don't show up instead of brackets being reworked even tho the brackets might become 'unbalanced'. | ||
