All Terrans are getting stomped left and right. Inno, Maru, Alive...Bomber was stomped by Rain in WGC Korea.

All you guys whining about tempest strenght should definitely load up an unit tester and try viking vs tempest ...Upgraded vikings will ALWAYS win vs tempest supply wise (and cost wise obviously) even without emp.
Raven is not even mandatory to fight that comp ( can be usefull if you're not bad at using them)

tanks are pretty good in tvp actually, just gotta get ghosts with them, or they were in Wol, i stopped playing mech in hots

I agree that say 4-5 Ravens could help somewhat. But I don't think it would win the game, it would just make it slightly harder for Protoss to engage. PDDs are nice but Protoss can just retreat or feedback.

Drop the Tanks are useless circle jerk and actually think about the situation. A few Tanks are invaluable against that army comp.

Ravens suck. Slow, expensive, can be feedbacked (as well as its pdd or did it get changed again?) . So now, thats not the solution :x


You don't have to get close to the HT's like you have to with ghosts or vice versa for PDD to work. Yes they can be fedback (even the PDDs) but if he gets close to feedback he is leaving HTs exposed and he is not feedbacking your ghosts (not all of them anyway it is as it should be up to micro and positioning). Meanwhile his tempests and stalkers don't do damage because of the PDD and you can slowly push they front with them to either have a good engagement or setup yourself better for the later game. Their speed is a problem tho and the supply that goes in them, but ghosts and vikings aren't fast as well, so it equalizes. Besides that composition is already bad with dealing with zealot harass so Ravens don't come as a factor in that calculation. You need planetaries, depots and sensor towers, which you can afford in this ultra late game scenario.
