Medivacs are not T3... Marine/Mine/Medivac is just better than Muta/Ling/Bane, and with Polt's ridiculously good macro and battle mechanics, it's virtually impossible to tech up through his aggression.

it was jd's fault he kept going with a composition that polt's composition would eventually beat

His splits weren't immaculate, but they were good enough. When Jaedong is throwing banes non stop into them (with a few packs getting wrecked by mines), and then throwing banes into mineral lines, and THEN throwing mutas at the marine ball, that gets expensive. Meanwhile, Polt is sticking to the cheap HotS MMM.

No they are the same if equal upgrade. 3/3 vs 2/2 is like a huge powerup you know.

Look, we all hate shitty balance whining and know it's sacrilegious to talk about it, but this game still isn't even close to reaching it's full potential and has many more updates left til' in it's final state, if it ever luckily reached that point. JD literally destroyed him that game. This will be an 4-0

did you miss all the times that the widow mines backfired on terran players including polt in the game? They are as risky for terran although marines will survive more than slings just due to the higher hp but they'll be in the red range.
