If the Korean Youtube stream is unavailable at least you're making the best of it. SNM and Whiplash have their moments, but I think Starcraft commentary is much better in Korean. I just prefer listening to the longer sentences with maximized versions of saying "he's attacking, forcefields...forcefields..." all those ..."yo's and da's" are soothing to the ear.

English commentary just doesn't compare, the language isn't designed well for stream-of-consciousness commentary casting.

I could see him underestimating Bisu (especially since Bisu did such a greedy build yesterday) and try to proxy Bisu to try to get a free win... but then hopefully Bisu shuts it down by playing a bit more conservatively.

My prediction for Bogus v Bisu is a bunker contain->expand. Bisu will break it with 2 immortals, and go all-in on a counter attack on Bogus' natural.

imho the high amount of pvps is really harming interest in proleague, even though pvp currently is (probably) the best mirror matchup. (which is kinda ridiculous by itself...)

Protoss has always been a good Bo1 race for design reasons. They benefit a lot from timing attacks and planned strategies. As for why they're not as successful in individual leagues and gstl, individual leagues (outside of OSL) use Bo3+ formats and the broadcast format means they have to prepare a lot of builds instead of really being able to just prepare 1 tailored build.

The other thing is PL in general has more mirrors because of map balance. So more Protoss playing = more PvPs.

Lastly, when you look at GSTL, it's the same as winner's league in PL and Protoss have a (slightly) lower win percentage in winner's league from my memory. The reason goes back to how Protoss are better in 1 and done formats. In winner's league, there is a lot more improvisation and you don't benefit as much from planning. Also, GSTL has less top-tier Protoss players. The only really good Protoss player they have is First and he wins a lot in GSTL. That's compared to PL which has the likes of Parting, Rain, and sOs,

What was wrong with his post? He's right in saying oracles catching someone off guard is pretty much gg, just like dts are.

Shouldn't happen though that you are caught that off guard, as they just suck at chasing. But for now it seems super effective in Pro League when some players don't even notice one in their mineral line for a minute.

Eh not really and it is specialized into killing light units. And I didn't say anything hostile, just that players shouldn't die to it. Because you have to float directly over the workers so there will be heavy losses.
And yeah sounds weird. Eating organic structures and pulling flying cities weird. :p

I understand, it's just if you are really complimentary about someone's new style and tell them "you have a much better look going on", it doesn't say anything good about what you used to think, so it's a bit like forcing one style upon someone or congratulating them for changing due to peer pressure/"encouragement" after criticism about their looks. They might have been happy with how they looked, you know?
Maybe it's partly lighting, but I don't know that lighting has that much of an effect without also having makeup on. The area around his eyes doesn't look natural to me personally. I also just stated he DOESN'T look "so white" but that that is what others said. He looks BRIGHT from all the high gamma (

) makeup/lighting/whatever.

I really hate the Spore Crawler buff. Now you never see Mutas in ZvZ anymore which makes it the game really slow paced with just roaches. I liked the fast pace game Mutas bring. Roach vs Roach is not entertaining to me.
