I don't really see any problems with this Ro16 format. Khaldor flames everything non-GOM since Ro32 Day 1. I thought he was a decent guy Yep lol I simply think that everything OGN has done so far that is connected with WCS is and was a massive mistake. The WCS Finals were an embaressment and the format right now is just ridiculous. This is NOT the OSL. This is WCS Korea. And in WCS three different region use a format that OGN now completely changes because they dont want to "lose face" by adapting the GSL format. There's not doubt in my mind that in the next season OGN runs they have to adapt to the normal WCS format. You can hate me for my opinion all you want, but from at tournament organizers point (and I'm talking about Blizzard/WCS here, not OGNs past) there's just no sense to the development for WCS Korea this season. seriously man, i'm watching starcraft since before you prolly ever heard the game name and you sound pretty ignorant if it wasn't for this osl format, you wouldn't be living and casting in korea right now show some respect to real pros you should try emulate rather than shit on since you're so fucking bad at what you're trying to do thanks. Khaldor is seeing his worst caster status in GOM confirming by each passing day, so this is another way to draw some eyeballs, kudos to him for recognizing he's no competition to real casters only based on the job performance. You must not have been around in the old Kellymilkies / Moletrap days... lol Please don't remind us of those dark days. But we had Klazart! Serioulsy, I loved those guys. TT Honestly, never liked Klazart. but but... aww.

glad they weren't balancing sc1 like sc2. I found Vultures way more deadly then Hellions could ever be and they put down 3 mines before going for your workers and even Speedlings were useless ^.^ .

I am Terran myself, and I prefer defending hellbat drops compared to mass marine commitments :o Mass marine drops dont just appear and kill your economy in 4 seconds though :\
Thats right, as I said, but they kill 5 of your barracks with the reactors and your commandcenter in less than a minute also, all your reinforcements. Add one medivac with 2 tanks to it, and they might even kill your trying to run up the ramp , leading to lots of basetrade games.
Really I think we see a lot of TvTs on pro level now develop into a very good mid and lategame that start with hellbat drops. Its really just the early game and pros already figure out or are figuring out the best way to deal with harass and are good at shutting it down. I don't see the big problem there.

I am Terran myself, and I prefer defending hellbat drops compared to mass marine commitments :o Marines die tho. And it's not really the problem. The problem is the fact that their slow movement speed is offset by the darn medivacs. Synergy is the problem. Also the counter to hellbat drops is hellbats. And when you have hellbat drops you may as well get medivacs and drop them yourself. They've removed the variety that made TvT awesome.

Reaver shots, storm drops and hellbats work differently. Yeah but please don't complain about synergy... complain instead that the Hellbat as a unit is too easy to use compared to how powerful it is, or something more along those lines... ~_~ Well, they lead into each other. hellbat is not hard to use and synergizes way too well with medivacs compared to how easy it is to do em.

Imagine the whine you would get with the old vultures in Starcraft 2, holy fucking shit lol. 4 vulture drops, mines... mines everywhere.
