Better to use that time to tech and get useful units that force the protoss to react rather than spines (don't really cover the third well) and lings (pretty useless on this map due to easy toss third) which soak up larvae (which you're low on). It was basically a build designed to get 4 base + hive tech and beat a toss 3 base timing which is the standard play for this map. The thing is he could have easily held that push with only Swarm Hosts and some Vipers, he didn't need to rush to Broodlords so fast, that left him vulnerable and the Broodlords didn't do much, because they had too little ground support. More Swarm Hosts, 2-3 Infestors, and 2-3 Vipers would have made him safe, then he could get Broodlords later.

It would be different if he already had a 3 base economy, but a zerg that is playing defensive on 2 bases is not one that is going to win very often. Yet he almost won, he feigned a 2 base heavy SH push which forced Yonghwa to turtle and tech. Got the bare minimum SH's for defence and spent the rest on tech, taking a quick 4th and droning. Seeing as he was seconds away from holding and winning, I'd say it was a decent play. I'm not defending the Broodlord choice, I agree Vipers and more SH's/ground support would've been stronger. Still the 5 SH into fast 4th + hive wasn't terrible and put him in a decent position.

sC > YongHwa Avenge > KeeN Check your math on Crazy, Khaldor. KeeN 3-1 YongHwa, Avenge, Crazy 2-2 sC 1-3 Nevermind, YongHwa > Avenge and Crazy already.

I mean how well you do can determine whether you get played in proleague/GSTL and can help you pad your resume if you for some reason change teams.

Fair enough, but I'd say that was Yonghwa messing up which made it closer than it had to be imo - if he got a 2nd robo instead of the useless DT shrine (poor decision given that 1# swarmhost rush means theres lair tech already and 2# every swarmhost player gets overseers to kill observers) and 4 wasted DT's, he could have definitely pushed and ended it earlier.
