If it's to help your wrists, then take all the time you need. TLO took a whole bunch of time to fix his wrist problems and, in the end, it was a hugely good thing.

It's the only sensible choice, postponing it just makes it worse. Dealing with injuries is very commonplace in other sports, it's just something you deal with a move on. You have our support regardless, whatever it's worth.
The doom and gloom I saw when she announced the break was a little silly tbh, she'll take care of this, come back, keep playing.
