Not jinxing anyone this time, so no predictions from me.

Solid overall players and matchups from each team. Surprisingly, only one mirror matchup (then again, Naro Station isn't being played  ) Cure will be happy about playing vZ, but I don't think any of these matchups are decisively favored for any player.
Woongjin fighting, to help me sustain mediocrity in FPL!

My FPL is doing really badly. I'm hoping for Cure to pick up a win, perhaps in ace match, while I'm praying that Light doesn't win against Savage. It seems like a long shot at this point, but I'm hoping that Team 8 can win.

It's because Korean baseball season just began, spotv needs to broadcast baseball matches on Tuesday night, so they skipped that last match for proleague. Those matches will be played in last week of this round.

In all seriousness though, Major is apparently in the middle of Team 8's depth chart. However, he's behind TY(Baby) and Cure(Speed) so there's little chance of him ever getting to play unless he beats one of the two for the in-house rankings, otherwise Team 8 is fielding too many Terrans.

They are improving and finally developing some sort of chemistry.
It took a long time but they are working together now and not talking over each other and they are picking up what each other said, also each others jokes etc.
So they are still not good but they went from bad to decent in my opinion.

You dont need advanced knowledge of the game to be a good caster. Tasteless is a perfect example of this. You need personality.
They have 0. Nada.
They get the names mixed up.
They misjudge the game and confuse the people watching it.
They misread the supplies and the information provided to them
They dont get excited for the games/dont add another dimension to the watching experience
They dont even talk about what's happening in the game half the time.
Pro:
- they have confidence/a decent voice
- they seem to have some knowledge of the game interms of timings etc.

he went forge first into triple stargate constant voidray production. At the 12 minute mark he had 7 voidrays, 2 sentries, MC, and a zealot. He had 4 cannons at the 2nd and 4 cannons at the third.
Basically, he was playing -extremely- greedy and the zerg player failed to take advantage of it. The rest of the game was the Toss going around with max voidrays, insta-sniping expansions and killing hydras.

I dont know if these protosses are just that good or theres something wrong with the game. Just look at the top performers of SPL & the sheer amount of protosses being seeded regardless of maps

So, what do you do vs. this Void Ray build? I've seen queens do well vs voids...how would that have done?

EDIT: And I really think that hydra timing could well have worked. At one point it was 32 hydras on the field against 12 voids, and cannons at the nat were all dead. Problem was it's a giant map and most of the hydras were being rallied. Also in the next engagement the zerg 1a'd so a lot of hydras were stuck at the back not attacking. A nydus and just stutter-stepping forward could have made the game look a lot different. Or just going for the third instead.
Then again, I'm low masters and they're professionals. *shrug*

well for starters you focus fire the voidrays and not the cannons
voidrays are also slow molasses so you kill the damn 3rd of the protoss. Flying had NOTHING to protect the 3rd, yet the zerg tried to bust the front for a quick gg.
really after you kill the third just starve the protoss out

Why do I always see this terrible play when they go up against skytoss... Just play a hydra style and multiprong, make sure to starve the protoss as much as possible. Add in something to absorb some of the shots though, swarmhosts are great for this, ultra later if protoss starts adding colossi.
The only thing OP about it imo is that later on it becomes too easy to abuse recall with this style. Snipe hatch, then recall is too hard to stop later on.
Good hydra play can make it really hard for this style to ever get a 4th though not too mention keeping 3 bases alive.

i feel like speedling multi prong harass would do great as well. Try and split the toss up with lots of harass then pick off the separated armies with your main hydra force while the speedlings distract some of the forces.

life did faced it and countered it perfectly in his Ro32.... just aggressive expanding and hydras if i recall correctly.

Freaking Stars man.. I look at their lineup and think "They got some good players, but so does every other team". Their team doesn't strike me as that much better (if any) than most of the other teams, but yet they're absolutely dominant
