I seriously don't understand why people aren't begginning to acknowledge ZvZ as a really good matchup. It's soooo positional with so many tactics like sniping queens and "fungal walloffs" and burrowed infestors and tunneling claw roaches and it's a really even matchup that rewards the better player. It requires immense micro but revolves around macro. It's also one of the few matchup's in the game where you can reguarly make comebacks.

If you follow the EU scene you know that Snute has some nice achievements already (2nd THOR Open, 2nd Campus party behind Supernova, Ro8 Dreamhack). Thats not comparable.

It doesn't matter if it's one of the best matchups (it's honestly not fucking hard considering how shitty most matchups in SC2 are). Myself personally, I'm just tired of ZvZ, we've seen it time and time again over the past 5 months. If it's not a shitty PvZ, it's a ZvZ. TvT is one of my favorite matchups and you can bet your ass I was damn tired of it during GomTvT era.

I think the cool thing these days is to hate zergs so that naturally extends to hating zvz. It is actually a really amazing dynamic matchup and anyone who has some experience with zerg and an open mind will realize that.

I think ZvZ is enjoyable, but people get bored if they see one matchup very often.

It doesn't even come close to TvT, it's by far the most developed mirror, for me tanks are the cornerstone of SC2 positional play zoning units out and controlling space so well.
