From what we could see from that replay, it would of been a regame in any other tournament. The only reason it was not a regame is because the players (Xlord and Stephano) were standing over the 'admins' telling them what to do.

Also, what is up with the national bias on TL?

The 2-0 bo5 was the best suggestion. Regardless of what the players wanted, it would have rewarded XlorD for a good game by giving him a huge advantage in the series, but would have given Stephano the same long-shot chance to come back in the series that he had in the DCed game.

xlord would maybe win 65-70% of the games from there. Which in my opinion isnt enough to give the win to xlord like that. But then Stephano was done with all the bs and gave it to xlord. They way xlord tried saying it was over just tells shows what kinda person he is in my opinion. Props to stephano, bad call from HSC i feel. I so hope they rematch later in the tournament

it's not xlords fault, he has to fight for the win. it's the admins fault for making him look bad because they couldnt make a decision.

People should calm the fuck down. Xlord had like a 80% advantage, him arguing for himself in this kind of situation is just natural. Stephano saying "congrats" is the douchiest thing I ever saw. It was a obviously won game ruined by BNET so blame them and not xlord.

In any other tournament I'd say XlorD is totally right to argue for his win like this, but it's Homestory Cup - it's the most laidback tournament there is. It's a tournament by the players to show good games, and now we get less games.

The question is, when a player is far ahead, but not assured a win, and a disconnect ends the game there, what do the rules of the tournament state should happen? If such a rule does not exist, this would be a great time to make up one. That way its the same for everyone in this situation. And doesnt depend on the casters of the particular match.

My 2 cents.
