I'm a big Naniwa fan, but I'm not sure how this works.

If not they are to blame for wasting their time expecting professional games.

On November 24 2012 03:20 LovE- wrote: I am still looking for this too. Perhaps Waxangle can add it to the OP? ![]() The "Ret issue" happed after Ret lost his first game in his series agains Nightend. Before the series played out Naniwa and Forgg was 2-3, while both Ret and Nighted were 1-3. The loser of Ret and Nightend would be eliminated and the winner would enter a 3-way tie with Naniwa and Forgg. After Ret lost his first game, he paused the game and wanted to know if he could still advance from group play if he won the next 2 games thereby taking the series 2-1. At this point the casters didn't know, and there had been a lot of speculation/debating on the forum, and on stream. Ret apperantly was told what the outcome would be if he won (he would still not advance), but didn't share this with the viewers/casters who were still in the dark, as was nightend. The game resumed and Ret did a wierd ling/bling all-in, throwing units against forcefields. He stuck on ling/bling throughout the game, taking multiple (4+) expansions at a time behind this. Nightend got way ahead, and easyli won the after he first held of the all-in. At this point there was still confusion as to who would adance from the group, and Apollo had said during the game that if Nightend won 2-0 Nightend would adance. Becuase of Rets "lackluster" play, and Apollos comment people started blaming Ret for throwing the game (it was believe that Naniwa would advance if either player won 2-1). Edit: someone beat me to it 5 pages back - how do you people type so fast?

Victor Goossens @LiquidNazgul 1/2 Talked to Ret, he reacted emotionally after finding out he was eliminated. He feels terrible now and knows it was very unsportsmanlike Victor Goossens @LiquidNazgul 2/2 Nonetheless, we both know that feeling sorry is not enough in this case. We'll follow up tomorrow. Let's see...
