You're comparing apples with oranges - ghost only drain 100 energy - if vikings gets fungaled, it's game over. Also, you can't chain EMPs - if EMPs immobilised units for 4 sec, then the comparison will be valid
As I've mentioned in the Designated Balance Discussion Thread: fungals should not hit air units.
If fungal doesn't hit air units, Zerg does not beat Terran late game. Or Protoss.
And you would never go Infestors in ZvZ again.
Mutas in zvz would be the most ridiuclous thing, fuck that suggestion
