12 min roach says hi. Protoss has timings yeah but zergs dominant that's why they get the insane eco they do in pvz and that in turn causes these lategame compositions that are insane.
12 min roach is an all in where you sacrifice your tech, eco and upgrades to try and break the Protoss. Colosus just kills everything before Broods...

It was so strong I think it changed map design because mutas already made it that toss requires a fast third.

He is right it is all in. When the attack doesn't kill the protoss third or out right kill the protoss how many times has zerg won? Very, very rare. You have to realize zerg can't beat a protoss army with colossi after he failed with his max 200/200 roach push. If it fails he is dead unless again protoss fucks up.
