it has to be Friday 26th. that's the release date of Windows 8, and Take's homepage also says it's Friday 26th. but yeah, needs to be corrected in the OP

I feel odd as I didn't know anything about windows 8. All I remember is they announced it sometime ago. I thought it was for tablets. But another StarCraft tournament I'm all ears for it. Great work looking forward to the results

Windows 8 will be a avaliable for Tablets as well as for normal PC´s of course
Its almost just german players, since EPS finals are afterwards and the timewindow is fitting perfectly here - and its a german Windows8 launch "event"

I already have Win 8 thanks to microsoft DreamSpark, and I thinks it's in fact a good operating system. The App-View (Metrosstyle) seems a bit confusing in the beginning, but it's ok when you get used to it. I like the new look.
Nice cup though!
btw. I can't imagine Apple sponsoring an starcraft tournament :D

Really great Cup once again, so nice to always have a few differing pros casting, always very enlightening.

Nearly a small Homestorycup with very nice games.
A english stream is missing but really enjoyable especially with the players casting (great knowledge and insides).

Hasu should have just dropped a vortex earlier. He could have nullified so much corruptor damage with two of them, but it seemed like he was waiting for them to clump up. It wasn't going to happen with that spread though. Still... those carriers are so strong. Darkforce shouldn't have let him get to that point when he had his final composition much earlier. Nice play by Hasu. :D

I hope the players are just joking around, cause the fights in the last 3 matches were horrible.
My master p trainings buddy engages BL inf spinewall better than monchi.
But: the casting is awesome and entertaining.

Have to agree. Most of the games were pretty bad. But the casting and the whole homestorylike atmosphere is awesome
