Shiori, I normally agree with you, but a hidden CC is a good plan against protoss. Most standard builds are so thin on units and rely on turtling, sneaking in a CC isn't bad if you plan to deal with it once it is found. Losing is getting outplayed. I didn't say it was a bad idea. I said it's basically a build order win. I mean, yes, Naama obviously deserved to win the game, but there wasn't any showcase of immense skill to "shut up the haters" or whatever. Why do you need to show "immense skill" to shut up the haters?
He's showed he can play well straight-up numerous times. "fluking" a win against a top player shouldn't be a negative there, even the first game he lost was very well played by him.

Makes me wonder. Does any Protoss want to give me info on that?
he sometimes does 1rax FE into 4raxes and bad things happen to the 4gater. I think they just don't want to throw the coin.

this
I'm looking at Naama's build and still can't understand how he just doesn't die to any 3-4-5 gate

How is 4 barracks pressure a problem to a 4gate after expansion? At best the Terran player will see it and deny it, but cannot counter nor pressure. You have 4 gateways and will at worst be behind in economy a bit, but still with superior tech as you have gas while he has not...
Now again, whats the reason not to do it :D?

how does hating a player hurt sc2? players like major who do stupid shit like bming and changing names every week deserves the hate... or how about hating on orb for being a blatant biggot?
it's like in real sports like when athletes like kobe bryant raped someone or michael vick who did dog fights.. hating on them brings them attention, which also brings attention to esports, which is a good thing

I'm not there but it seems to have basically just been Mill dudes got fOrGG to start his game. Weppas/Trance had no clue what was happening so they are just going to roll with it.
After HerO/Naama is done and they've had a short break Khaldor + Wolf will be back on Stream 2 with SortOf vs Titan so I assume that'll leave Stream 1 with TLO/Apollo and Moon/IdrA

this game he doesn't even have siege for the latest 6gate, not even talking about 4/5 gate
but ok, maybe it's a bit coin-flippy

I don't really judge skill based on my opinion of a paticular build. As far as we know, Naama watched 20 of Hero's games on this map and knew that he never scouted that location. People downplay the thought that may go into those sorts of risks and just assume that it is a thoughtless "Well, this will either win or it won't".
No one ever downlplays a players skill when a poker player is bluffing, or a football team for doing a pass fake. I get tried of it in SC2.
But the proof will be if Naama can follow it up and win the set.

hmm you're a bit better than me but in my experience 4rax 2gas has a nice window against 1gFe 4g. i don't remember which foreigner T who said that kor P almost never do this build and don't do quick pressure after 1g FE in PvT.

Maybe it's just me, but I find Naama's tactical genius difficult to maintain in light of how weirdly poorly he engaged that Chargelot/Archon force.

Would just love to see a bit of aggression out of HerO ! Guess we won't find out sadly.
