Antiga -> Cloud Kingdom -> Daybreak, no loser's pick. Three great maps for macro Protoss play, no Shakuras / Tal'Darim till the 6th and 7th maps.
A lot of these match ups come down to map choice for what strategies players exploit. Oz has got a great map pool for his sort of play, and I think Antiga is the one map where Stephano has a better grasp of because it's his favorite map. Daybreak, from his NASL results, was a Protoss win each time he played it.
NASL was the opposite.
This tournament, I think, is going to be won by a Protoss.
Antiga is an awful map for macro PvZ, no idea why anyone would think otherwise. It's really hard to take a 4th, and if Zerg takes theirs in another main, it's very hard to push it without being extremely vulnerable to a counterattack. Broodlords own the center in the lategame, and it's really easy for Zerg to deny Protoss bases with that as a staging ground. There's a reason MC almost always all-ins on Antiga.
In any case, I don't really get how the maps being balanced and reasonable figures into anything. Shakuras/TDA are just bad, and shouldn't be in the pool at all. :/

I really hope Losira wins this MLG.

So many great games ruined by his douche way of casting, ignoring his cocasters comments half the time.
Why so mad at Day9, his analysis tends to be good, and I never see him doing things like ignoring artosis like you think. Oh, and btw, it looks like day9 is back for this game too. sorry to break it to you.

Stephano said he wasn't that great at preparing specifically for one opponent, so he himself most likely doesn't see his chances of winning GSL being that high.

Well I think we can say that this was the best PvP SC2 has ever brought O_o I mean, the casters said the sentence "Those carriers are doing too much damage!" after 1hr 15min long PvP...

One BO3 is definitely going to prove that Stephano couldn't hold up in GSL. Point is, we won't actually know until he goes (if he ever goes) to compete. A lot of Koreans seem to have a very strong opinion of his play, but a lot of Koreans also had a strong opinion on Thorzain's play and that hasn't gotten him very far in Korea, so who knows? Eh... I always thought Thorzain was way too predictable (which is VERY bad as a terran) to be able to win consistently in Korea.

I've never been a fan of aLive TvZ. His splitting is very subpar for his level of play. He lost to Nestea a lot and Nestea isn't particulary fearsome in ZvT.
