The player entrances, the prematch show with the over-acting dude commentating on how the players got there, the chicks in skimpy clothes wandering around all over the main stage. It all just seems way overdone and over the top, as if they're trying to gain popularity with over-production and scantily-clad women.
If you look at some of the other popular tournaments it really is kept simple. At MLG you have games, followed by a short post-game analysis, sponsor ads, followed by more games. And Homestory Cup (which I know is a completely different animal) is just a bunch of dudes sitting on a couch ffs, and I really feel like those tourneys benefit strongly from the lack of bullshit in between. Does anyone else feel the same way?
I still think it's lacking Boxing robes, Lauren in a bikini with "Set 1" "Set 2" etc.. signs, and a ding at the beginning of the match.

I miss watching the terran matchups. Need more foreigners to play terran or Korean terrans need to make a comeback. Korean terrans this week have been doing a lot better in tvz then a few weeks ago so I think they are getting their groove back in tvz. Just need korean terrans to start going to foreign events again as foreign terrans have always struggled compared to their korean counterparts Korean terrans don't have time to flmight around the glove, they need so much time to practice.
Idk they did it throughout 2011 winning most of the major lans xD.

This thread is kind of disgusting. Want to know how many successful sports use announcers that do intros like this? NBA/Boxing just to say a couple -_- Enjoy the games -_-

What is Evo 2012?

What a crowd you should be proud Canada

Risky Hatch first by Ret, but as long as no Cannon rushing or Pylon blocking happens, he should be fine.

The lag is so annoying but other than that I like the cozy set-up.

Come on Ret! I don't want to watch a bunch of PvPs

He can't be the person doing the player intros at the GSTL right? I'm talking about the korean team league.
Kevin Knocke did the ones for GSTL finals last season. The same way Clutch does it now. Just assumed you refered to him because of that.
